This is a yoga and pilates fusion class.
Hatha based, each asana (movement) is added one at a time to form a flowing yoga sequence. Modifications are given for each asana if they prove to be too difficult or too easy so you can work at your own level.
Yoga helps improve flexibility, joint stability and strength.
Floor based pilates exercises to help improve the mind-body connection and strength of the abdominal muscles.
Reservation is by appointment only. Please call ahead to reserve if you would like to trial a class. Please show up 10 minutes ahead of time to prepare yourself for the class.
**Please notify the instructor prior to the class beginning if you have any neck, wrist, lower back, or ankle injuries so modifications can be given prior to the beginning of the class.
