Visions Wellness Center NYC

Our studio came about because we recognized that a growing number of people disliked crowded environments such as gymnasiums.

They were tired of waiting for equipment when working with a trainer.  Others felt embarrassed because they were too self-conscious about their bodies.

There are never more than 2-3 clients training at one time.  You won't have to wait to do cardio.  You can wear whatever you want and always feel comfortable.  If you want the best trainers and a very private space to workout look no further.

We are a small family owned business that have created a unique private space that is warm, inviting and relaxing. 

Integrating old world techniques with new - our programs are a hybrid of east meets west.

We want to reinforce positive self image and have you learn to reduce stress through exercise. 

Our first studio venture started in 2004 at a different location and in March 2006 we opened Visions Wellness Center NYC.
