  • Running - Spring is coming!  Get outside and go running.  A proper running and conditioning program can get you lean and fit quickly.  However, running can be very destructive and cause a lot of breakdown to the muscles, bones and joints.  Combined with a athletic conditioning program that focuses on core strength, total body strength and flexibility you can increase distance and speed while minimizing pain and injuries.  Sessions are held In-studio, Riverside and Central Park.

 

  • Senior Fitness - a decrease in stride length and functional capacity has been directly related to an increased risk of falling.  Many age associated aches and pains are actually the result of poor body mechanics.  You don't have to continue to "live with the pain."  Many of our clients in their 60's and 70's have never exercised before coming to us.  Their improvements have been tremendous.  Balance, strength, flexibility and endurance can improve at any age.  Many times those chronic aches and pains can go away too. 

 

  • Pregnancy/Post Partum - ward off back pain and maternal weight gain by staying fit.  Shrink those tummy muscles back to regular size and build some strength to keep lifting the baby without pain.
